made by team members on a daily basis.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0The Responsibility &amp; Accountability Matrix (RAM) is a great place to document the conversations regarding decision authority, processes and are often delegated to others in the organization it\u2019s essential to ensure the project team has a shared understanding of the driving forces behind these decisions.\u00a0\u00a0 Establishing \u201cTeam Agreements\u201d is a strategy for managing these decisions to maximize efficiency, reduce bottle-necks, build trust and reinforce desired behaviors into everyday decisions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/svapm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/diamondmodel.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4063\" \u00a0Strategic direction gets translated into specific actions pertaining to WHAT and HOW choices that will have profound impact on the project team\u2019s results.\u00a0 Collaborative processes ensure that diverse interests and perspectives are shared to make the \u201cbest\u201d decision that the core team members are willing to actively support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rigorous deci<\/strong><a decision criteria and sharing open, honest perspectives on the risks and impact these decisions will have on the project and company. \u00a0Document the thinking and data that went into making the
