He currently serves as a Principal Product Strategist at MVP Health Care in New York and teaches Product\/Project Management at Clark University. Lilo has developed innovative processes for prominent NGOs, including Ceres, United Way, and Mill City Grows. He has held a teaching professorship at Northeastern University, designed an Innovation MBA program at Nichols College, and led an innovation lab at Third Sector New England.
